Refund & Return Policy – AdyaSoft

At AdyaSoft, we strive to deliver high-quality web development, digital marketing, branding, and IT solutions. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

Because our services are digital, customized, and labor-intensive, refunds are limited and allowed only under specific circumstances.


1. No Return Policy

AdyaSoft provides digital services, not physical products.
Therefore, there is no “return” option for work already delivered, initiated, or completed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

2.1 Services Not Started

If the project has not begun and no work has been delivered, the client may request a refund within 3 days of making the payment.

A small processing fee (payment gateway or administrative fee) may be deducted.


2.2 Inability to Deliver the Service

If AdyaSoft is unable to initiate or deliver the service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

3.1 Work Already Started

Once the project has begun, including strategy, planning, design, development, or any effort from our team, refunds are not applicable.

3.2 Milestones Completed

Payments made for completed milestones cannot be reversed.

3.3 Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client changes their mind,

  • Decides to stop the project,

  • Moves to another service provider.

3.4 Client Delay or Non-Cooperation

No refunds if:

  • Client fails to provide required content or materials,

  • Client communication delays halt the project,

  • Client is unresponsive for more than 15 days.

3.5 Digital Marketing or SEO Services

SEO, Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Lead campaigns involve ongoing work.
Therefore, once the service begins, fees are non-refundable.

3.6 Logo, Branding & Design Services

If any draft, concept, or design sample has been delivered, the service is considered initiated and non-refundable.

3.7 Third-Party Payments

Refunds are not available for:

  • Hosting

  • Domain purchases

  • SSL certificates

  • Paid plugins/themes

  • API or subscription costs

  • Payment gateway charges

These are directly billed by third-party providers.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a project, but:

  • Completed work must be fully paid for.

  • Advance payments cannot be refunded.

  • If project cancellation occurs after work has started, no refund will be issued.


5. Quality Assurance

Our team ensures:

  • Timely delivery,

  • Best-in-class development standards,

  • Ongoing client feedback and approval at each stage.

Clients are encouraged to monitor progress and raise concerns early for immediate resolution.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is justified, you may submit a written request with:

  • Project name

  • Payment details

  • Reason for refund

Our management team will review your case within 7 business days and respond.
